Resolve Conflicts and Open Questions
Turn stakeholder disagreement into an approved decision or a safe temporary rule.
What does Sales-ready mean?
Priya sends a request that reads like buying intent. Chapter 3's approved contract is unambiguous about this: Sales-ready is entered when Sales accepts, and nobody has accepted. Marketing is not misreading the rule — they are arguing the rule is wrong, and that requests this strong should qualify on their own.
Current approved state: Engaged · Proposed change: Sales-ready without acceptance
A proposal to review, not permission to override the approved rule.
That is a proposed policy change, not a gap in the definition — and the distinction matters, because the two are handled differently. A gap needs filling before anyone can act. A proposed change has an approved rule already in force while it is considered.
